3-Day Tarangire & Ngorongoro Safari Experience

Experience the best of Tanzania's wildlife in this compact 3-day safari featuring Tarangire's elephant herds and Ngorongoro Crater's concentrated wildlife. This efficient itinerary combines close animal encounters at Serval Wildlife with classic safari game drives in two of Tanzania's most iconic national parks.

Begin with intimate wildlife interactions at Serval Wildlife Eco Lodge, then explore Tarangire National Park's famous elephant populations and diverse birdlife, before descending into the Ngorongoro Crater to witness the Big Five in one of Africa's most spectacular natural wonders.

Day 1: Arrival and Transit to Serval Wildlife

On this day you will take a flight from Zanzibar to Kilimanjaro and on arrival you will be picked up by our representative who will drive you to serval wildlife, Seval is an Eco Lodge with animals such as giraffes, lions, zebras, ostriches, elands, wildebeests, bat eared fox and blue monkeys, a place where you can have direct contact with animals you can take pictures with them and enjoy, you will have a one hour enjoyment and later head to arusha for relaxing, dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Tarangire National Park

Your day starts from Arusha to Tarangire National. Tarangire National Park is known for its elephant's herds of up to 300, migratory wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, impala, gazelle, hartebeest and eland grazing and browsing in the dry river bed. There is Silale swamp that attracts 550 varieties of birds, the most breeding species you'll see in one habitat anywhere in the world! The park is also home of tree climbing pythons, as well as lions and leopards. You will enjoy game drive and game viewing with picnic lunch. Later drive to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater

After Early breakfast 6 in the Morning, you will take your picnic lunches and drive to Ngorongoro crater descends down to the crater floor for a full day of tracking game with your guide. The crater is 610m deep and 260km2 wide, making it the largest Caldera in the world. The crater contains all the big five animals (lions, elephants, rhinos, leopard and buffaloes), hippos, cheetah, antelopes and spotted hyena. Also in the crater you can see different species of birds. Other game such as velvet monkey, jackal, foxes, rock and tree hyraxes, warthog, gnu, zebra and hare. Later drive back to Arusha.
